We're looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Service Technician who can step into a truck and contribute immediately. This role is field-based and focused on repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of a wide variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. You won't be micromanaged, but we do expect strong communication, accountability, and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Install and replace equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and manuals
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the team
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service (not project management)
• Ability to work independently across a variety of equipment: rooftop units, chillers, ice machines, etc.
• Comfortable working in a mobile, field-based role with daily travel
• Familiarity with commercial wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and commitment to honesty and follow-through
• Physically capable of performing HVAC field work

Compensation and benefits

• Full time position, 40-hour workweek
• Competitive hourly rate at $30 to $40, based on experience
